- Q. Where should the fermented botanical drink products be stored after opening?
A. It should be stored in a fridge after opening. 。

- Q. Anyone can drink or eat the fermented botanical drinks or foods?

A. These are drinks or foods made by fermenting botanical materials. Anyone, regardless of ages, from babies in weaned from the elderly can take them.
* For Lisset Éclat:We don’t recommend Lisset Éclat to children under the age of 15.
* If you have a food allergy, please check the ingredients of the product in our product page or on the label of the product.
* If you are on medication, please seek advice from pharmacist or doctor.

- Q. Can I take the fermented botanical drinks / foods during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

A. Yes. We recommend to those people as it contains oligosaccharides and lactic acids, which support the growth of beneficial bacteria in the colon.

- Q. Can I give to the fermented botanical drink to a baby?

A. If you started weaning your baby, you can give it to him or her.
Dilute about 5 ml of our fermented botanical drink in 5 – 10 parts (25 ml – 50 m) cold or lukewarm water.

- Q. Can I give to the fermented botanical drink to a dog or a cat?

A. Yes, you can give it to a dog or cat with no concerns. It does not contain leeks, onions, chives or garlics, which have the potential for toxicity for dog and cat.

- Q. Is it better to take the fermented botanical drinks / foods every day?

A. Yes. We recommend taking it daily for your health and beauty.
However, if you feel uncomfortable, please consult your doctor.

- Q. Can I drink the fermented botanical drink more than the recommended amount?

A. There is no problem with drinking more than 30 ml or more than 3 times a day. The amount is recommended to incorporate into your daily diet.
We also recommend drinking 360ml in total per day if you try one of our fasting plans. Please adjust the amount based on the situation or intensity of your physical activities.

- Q. Which microorganisms are used for fermentation?

A. In our traditional fermentation starter includes koji (Aspergillus oryzae), lactic-acid bacteria and yeast. We use these effective bacteria in our formula to ferment a variety of raw materials.

- Q. How long does it takes for fermentation and aging?

A. Fermentation process: 10 – 14 days
Aging process: 2 month – 1 year

- Q. Why aging period is shorter comparing to other fermented botanical drinks makers?

A. We perform short-term aging in order to keep enzymes and bioactive compounds, vitamins, minerals (which are in raw materials), microorganisms and enzymes (which are produced during fermentation process), as fresh as possible. As the aging takes longer, more of these beneficial compounds are broken down, and then eventually broken down into amino acids.

- Q. When is better to have the fermented botanical drinks, before or after meals?

A. Whichever you prefer. If you want to loose weight, it is better to drink it 30 minutes before meals, which helps fill your belly so you will not overeat.
On the other hand, if you want to put on weight, drink it after meals when you are full.

- Q. I can see impurities and sediment in the bottom of the drink bottle.

A. Seasonal, natural plants are used for our products.
From the nutritional viewpoint, as much dietary fiber and microorganisms (such as yeast and lactobacillus) should be retained in the fermented botanical drink. Consequently, fiber fragments from the raw material, impurities and sediment derived from mineral crystals may be observed.
However, this does not affect quality, please drink it without worries. Imagine it as the same as the sediment (lees) in red wine and unrefined sake. If you notice some sediment, tighten the cap and turn the bottle upside-down a few times. (never forcefully shake the bottle).

- Q. The color and taste of the drink is slightly different from the one I bought before. Is that ok to drink?

A. You can drink it without worries.
Seasonal, natural plants are used for our products. As a result, the color and taste of the products may vary slightly according to the season. This does not affect quality.

- Q. Are tastings for food radioactivity and pesticide residue performed on your products?

A. Yes. To ensure the safety of our products, food radioactivity testing and pesticide residue testing are regularly carried out.

- Q. When is expiry date of your product?

A. Please check it on a label or a box on a packaging box for the expiry date. After opening, please consume as early as possible regardless of expiry date.

- Q. Does a bathtub get damaged?

A. Our bath powders do not contain sulfur which may damage a bathtub or bath heater. If you use a bath heating circulator, please check a user’s manual of the circulator as it may cause the clogging of filter.

- Q. Can I wash clothes using water that the bath power is added?

A. Yes, you can but use clean water for rinsing. Please do not use water containing bath powder to avoid color stains in the following situations:
- With use of fabric softener
- Soaking clothes
- For brand-new clothes

- Q. Can I use water that the bath powder is added for watering a potted plant?

A. No. We don’t recommend using it for watering plants.

- Q. Can I use the bath powder for babies?

A. It can be used for 3 months or older babies. But please stop using it, if you notice he or she get skin reaction like irritation or rashes.
