    YAMATO KOMBUCHA NATURAL (Organic) is a three-in-one kombucha made from 100% organic ingredients, brewed with Yamato Enzyme's bacterial mass and fermented with low GI organic agave + organic rooibos instead of sugar.
    Like Yamato Kombucha Green, it uses rare non-fermented organic green rooibos.A genuine fermented tea made by carefully extracting organic rooibos of the highest grade and brewing it for a long time with our own unique SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast).

Impurities (cloudiness) and sediment in the KOUSO Fermented Drink

Seasonal, natural plants are used as raw material for the KOMBUCHA drink. As a result, the color and taste of the product may vary slightly according to the season. This does not affect quality.
Moreover, from the nutritional viewpoint, as much dietary fiber and microorganisms (such as yeast and lactobacillus) should be retained in the drink. Consequently, fiber fragments from the raw material, impurities and sediment derived from mineral crystals may be observed.
However, this does not affect quality, please drink it without worries. If you notice some sediment, tighten the cap and turn the bottle upside-down slowly a few times.
